For our call on Tuesday 27 October at 3pm. Launch: Tuesday 15 December 2026.
By Friday 30 October, introduce us to your developers. By Friday 6 November, tell us you are happy to go ahead with Option B, Migration & Optimisation. The contract follows, and the first 50% is due only when you sign it.
pages in your sitemap, and not one is a vehicle page. Yet 1,125 of your products name the vehicle they fit.

pages earn clicks from Google, and we protect all of them. About 50 of those carry nearly all the revenue we can currently trace.
of 2,215 product pages (33%) are marked Coming Soon: live in search but not for sale, and each needs a decision.
From our conversations with you and the team.
Someone who takes ownership of the move and tells you plainly what is happening.
Answered under OptionsThe pages and rankings that earn today survive the move to Shopify.
Answered under Why nowProduct pages and journeys that turn visits into orders and workshop bookings, for both kinds of customer.
Answered under OptionsA plan for when and how, not a promise to do everything at once.
Answered under MarketsPages written to sell and answer real buying questions, not to fill a blog.
Answered under FlexpressRevenue and enquiries first, with the limits of attribution stated plainly.
Answered under ReportingIn December 2025 about 12,500 clicks reached you from Google, your strongest month in the 16 we looked at. About 9,000 clicks a month land on roughly 1,000 pages, and every one of them needs a correct redirect on 15 December. The redirects, the page structure and the templates are settled while your developers build, which is now. Settled in November, they cost a conversation. Found in January, they cost a rebuild.

pages to carry over, each with its own redirect
when your developers need our structure and access, to deliver everything in Option B by launch
Two recent pieces of Searchflex work on Shopify stores. Client details are withheld. Both were rebuilds where not every old URL survived, and the staging audits found the gaps before launch. That is why options A, B and C include 1, 2 and up to 4 audits.

products are live in search but marked Coming Soon, and each needs a decision. Two more finds:
We move your SEO assets safely, then improve the pages that matter most, depending on the option you choose.
Monthly work after launch on content, technical SEO and authority. Billed from January. No growth fees in November or December.
Paid search and Shopping, Meta, digital PR, advanced conversion work and more markets, scoped separately.
A one-off fee. 50% on signing and 50% at launch, or on 31 January 2027 if launch has not happened by then. If launch has not happened by 31 January, we agree the next step with you by 7 February. The contract is sent to whoever signs for Ramy. All fees in GBP, excluding VAT.
We migrate and protect what you have. Your URLs, redirects, metadata, tracking and technical checks, with one check on a test copy of the new site.
We migrate and improve your most important pages. Your earning pages carried over safely. Your site restructured around how people search for 4x4 parts and vehicles. Your 500 priority products and your existing collections rewritten from your own product data with Flexpress (our product-data writing process, explained below), and a person checking every revenue page and collection. Two checks on a test copy of the new site before launch, and 45 days of monitoring after it.
The UAE launches on 15 December, with the fullest programme. Everything in B, plus double the product copy (1,000 priority products against 500) and ten times the enhanced content (1,000 products each read and checked by a person, against 100), up to 6 templates, weekly developer sessions, up to 4 checks on the new site, 60 days of monitoring, the vehicle finder and deeper vehicle and brand pages. Saudi Arabia and Oman are researched before launch and set up once demand is proven, and an Arabic research and localisation pilot is included. Much of it follows launch.
Why B rather than A. A moves what you have and checks it once. For £2,500 more, B adds a second check on the new site, 45 days of monitoring instead of 30, a structure designed around how your customers search, and new copy for 500 products and your collections instead of 100 and 25. Why not C. C roughly doubles the content programme and adds the vehicle finder, deeper vehicle pages and the international work, much of it after launch. It suits a business that wants all of that in one go. B suits a safe UAE launch that already improves the pages that earn.

Before-launch work assumes structure decisions and developer access by Friday 13 November. Quantities are as listed unless we agree a change with you in writing before you sign. Safety net: for the period shown after launch we monitor rankings, errors and redirects, and fix issues the migration caused. Enhanced content is a fuller product page, with each one read and checked by a person. The eligible catalogue is the products, collections and brands that stay live on the new site after the decision on the 730 Coming Soon products. Today that is up to 2,215 products, 105 category pages and 107 brand pages.
Flexpress is our process for writing and updating product data and descriptions at scale from your own product data, with a person checking every revenue page.
Before we report anything, we fix what it is measured with. At the moment GA4 can tie only about a fifth of your revenue to a page or channel. Until that is fixed, we report against the part it can see, and tell you what it cannot. Every piece of completed work is logged in a register you can read. Below is the layout, with your real baseline where we have it. Results fill in from launch.
| Measure | Baseline | This month |
|---|---|---|
| Organic revenue | Baseline set from GA4 | Reported after launch |
| Enquiries | Workshop and trade, from launch | Reported after launch |
| Google clicks | 9,620 (Sep 2026) | Reported after launch |

Growth is billed monthly from the month it starts, targeted for January 2027. All fees in GBP, excluding VAT.
Redirect priorities and collection structure need agreeing with them before they build. A name and a date is all we need. They will need to hear from us by 13 November for everything in Option B to land by launch.
Option B, Migration & Optimisation, at £7,500 ≈ AED 36,700. We then send the contract, with the scope above, to whoever signs for Ramy. The first 50% (£3,750 ≈ AED 18,350) is due only when you sign it. If 6 November is not possible, tell us: each week of delay shortens the time for redirects and checks on the new site.
After launch: content, technical SEO and authority on the new structure. Target start January 2027, with nothing billed in November or December. 6-month minimum, 12 months preferred.

New products, new collections and vehicle pages, existing collections, commercial guides and blog refreshes, and workshop and trade pages. New work only: we never rewrite what Flexpress has already rebuilt.
Monitoring, fixes passed to your developers, and AI search visibility.
From Ecommerce Growth up. Quality over volume, pointed at the commercial pages.
Market Leadership only: Saudi Arabia and Oman, and an Arabic programme. Arabic stays an add-on for the other packages.
Our standard terms: 10% off for 12 months, 5% off for 6 months. For Ramy the discount is a credit against the migration's launch payment, so the monthly growth fee stays the same. If the credit is larger than the launch payment, the rest comes off your first growth invoice. If a commitment ends early the credit is repayable, as set out in the contract.

| Market Leadership | £1,500 | £6,000 |
If launch has not happened by 31 January, the next step is a defined pre-launch programme or a later start, agreed with you by 7 February.
The UAE is the focus now. Your own Search Console data shows where demand is: over 16 months, 68% of clicks came from the UAE, 6% from Saudi Arabia and 4% from Oman.
Set up and optimised in options B and C.
Researched in option C, and set up once demand is proven.
A separate option with any migration package: Flexpress content, review by a native Arabic speaker, checks that the Arabic layout reads correctly, and language tags so Google shows the right version. Option C includes the research and localisation pilot. Priced on request until costed.
Extra Flexpress batches, additional markets, a workshop sprint, a trade sprint, a conversion design sprint, a tracking sprint and Shopify development hours. Later: paid search and Shopping, Meta, digital PR, advanced conversion work and more markets, scoped separately.
